COVID-19 Precautions

Here are some ways Ottawa Video Transfer is taking safety precautions amid the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic:

• Free pickup and delivery in the Ottawa area*. We will pick up your order from your front step, porch or other secure location. After your order is ready, it will be dropped off on your front step, porch or secure location and your bell will be rung.
• You can drop off your order in a secure location with video surveillance onsite and it will be taken in as soon as possible.
• Your requirements will be taken over email or over the phone.
• When your finished order is delivered, an invoice will be included. Payment can be made by Email Money Transfer or by mailing a cheque.
• If you have any other special accommodations needed, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
