This depends on how many tapes you have, their condition, and what orders are on the go at that time. Just ask us when placing your order and we will give you approximate time frame.

You will receive MP4 files that you can easily share, archive and even edit. This a standard format that will play on Mac and PC. If you’d like a different format, just let us know.

The quality will be very close to the quality of the source tape. We use professional equipment and keep our equipment clean so we will get better quality than on a regular machine.

Yes! If your total order exceeds $75, pick up and delivery is included for free. Otherwise there is a nominal charge or you can drop off onsite.

It depends on how it is broken. Please contact us and we'll let you know. There is a charge for fixing broken tapes.

Unfortunately, due to privacy and security concerns, we ask that you do that yourselves. We will provide your files on a USB stick or hard drive and you can take care of that on your own. You can provide a USB stick or hard drive or we sell them as well.

Please write your name on each item. If possible, rewind all tapes. If not possible, not to worry, we will rewind them for you.
